Stoggles
Anyone else sick of wearing a face shield? I am. Queue Stoggles. They are frickin’ amazing! They are lightweight, comfortable, have full coverage on the sides and brow line. Blue light protection for us birth workers who have to chart on a computer and you can add light responsiveness and rx to the lenses. They also come in 7 cute colors. What are you waiting for? Try them!

Littman Cardiology IV Stethoscope
This stethoscope is the tried and true. I personally have the Littman Cardiology III & I have had it for 10 YEARS. Not only is it still in one piece, it’s still the best stethoscope I have ever used. In our unit, most of us leave our scopes hanging on the wall so that other may use them if needed. I generally have a hard time locating mine because it is a favorite amongst the staff.

Spinning Babies
I can’t say enough good things about Spinning Babies. I followed them for a couple years before attending a workshop this past year. It was a GAME CHANGER. I utilize their approach with nearly every person I labor. Not only that, I have experienced wonderful results.

We are provided scrubs for Labor & Delivery in our unit. We have the ability to wear our own scrubs in the post-partum unit & many of our nurses are avid FIGS followers. Groupies if you will. You can’t blame us. FIGS are made and fit impeccably, (I mean who wants to wear a paper bag (aka scrubs all the time), crazy comfortable & you can convey your style while wearing them.
